Your jewelry is precious, here are some tips for preserving it and making it last…
Even though our jewelry is made with quality materials, we recommend that you avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals as much as possible. We advise you to wear them once your beauty treatment is finished.
Our jewelry is delivered in small cotton pouches, do not hesitate to put them back in their pouch in the evening when you go to bed, or when you go on a trip or on the move. They will thus be protected from light and humidity.
Clean them using a soft, dry cloth.

Tracked letter: Packages are shipped within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment . We send you a link to track your package online.
Colissimo: Packages are shipped on the second working day following the day the order is picked up.
Chronopost13: The dispatch of your order, if it is placed before 9 a.m., will take place the same day and delivery will be assured the next day before 1 p.m. For any order placed after 9 a.m., shipping will be made the day following receipt of the order from Monday to Friday (excluding: public holidays, traffic bans, cases of force majeure, exceptional circumstances or generally any other non- attributable to the Post Office)

Available in 3 sizes (Small, Medium, Large), it has been specially designed to match our 3 bracelet sizes.

Vos bijoux peuvent-ils se porter sous la douche ou à la plage ?
Nos bijoux sont conçus avec des matériaux de qualité, cependant, pour préserver leur éclat et leur longévité, nous recommandons d'éviter le contact prolongé avec l'eau, notamment sous la douche ou à la plage. Il est préférable de retirer vos bijoux avant toute exposition à l'eau salée ou chlorée.
Comment puis-je être sûre de la taille (comment se porte le bracelet) ?
Nos bracelets se portent comme des joncs et doivent être portés de manière aérés sur le poignet.
- TaillePetit: entre 13 cm et 14,5 cm. Cette taille convient à un poignet enfant/adolescent essentiellement.
- TailleMoyen: entre 14,5 cm et 16 cm. Cette taille est la plus portée par nos clientes.
- TailleGrand: entre 16 cm et 18 cm.

Nos bijoux sont fabriqués à partir de matériaux de qualité tels que le métal émaillé et le stainless steel, soigneusement sélectionnés pour allier durabilité et élégance.
Comment entretenir mes bijoux ?
Pour préserver vos bijoux, nettoyez-les délicatement avec notre chamoisine disponible dans notre programme de fidélité et rangez-les à l'abri de l'humidité et de la lumière directe. Évitez le contact avec les produits chimiques ou cosmétiques
