Material : Enameled metal bracelet mounted on elastic sold individually
Sizes :
- small: up to 14 cm wrist circumference
- medium: up to 16.5 cm wrist circumference
- large: up to 17.5 cm wrist circumference
Delivered in a Simone à Bordeaux recycled cotton pouch. (One pouch per shipment, to have additional recycled cotton pouches, don't forget to add them to your basket).

Even though our jewelry is made with quality materials, we recommend that you avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals as much as possible. We advise you to wear them once your beauty treatment is finished.
Our jewelry is delivered in small cotton pouches, do not hesitate to put them back in their pouch in the evening when you go to bed, or when you go on a trip or on the move. They will thus be protected from light and humidity.
Clean them using a soft, dry cloth.
Delivery
Packages are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment . We send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your parts into one order ❤️
If despite the care taken with your order, a part arrives damaged, you can report it to customer service ( contact us 💌 )

Returns are available in a 14 day deadline from receipt of the package. Return costs are at responsibility of the sender .
We recommend using a tracked shipping method so as not to lose track of it. Any package not received by SIMONE IN BORDEAUX cannot be refunded.
Returned parts are refunded within 2 to 7 days after receipt by us.
Items benefiting from discounted prices cannot be returned or refunded, nor can items ordered via a promotional code.

Tracked letter: Packages are shipped within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment . We send you a link to track your package online.
Colissimo: Packages are shipped on the second working day following the day the order is picked up.
Chronopost13: The dispatch of your order, if it is placed before 9 a.m., will take place the same day and delivery will be assured the next day before 1 p.m. For any order placed after 9 a.m., shipping will be made the day following receipt of the order from Monday to Friday (excluding: public holidays, traffic bans, cases of force majeure, exceptional circumstances or generally any other non- attributable to the Post Office)

How can I be sure of the size (how the bracelet fits)?
Our bracelets are worn like bangles and should be worn in an airy manner on the wrist.
- Size Small : between 13 cm and 14.5 cm. This size is mainly suitable for a child/teenager's wrist.
- Medium size: between 14.5 cm and 16 cm. This size is the most worn by our customers.
- Size Large : between 16 cm and 18 cm.
How is your jewelry made?
All our jewelry is designed and conceived in Bordeaux by Agnès and her team, made and assembled by hand by women in rehabilitation in our partner workshop in Asia.
The brand develops its own Pantone "already more than 200 colors" and shapes that all fit together. It's up to you to create your own cuff.
What are the jewels made of?
Our jewelry is made from quality materials such as enameled metal and stainless steel, carefully selected to combine durability and elegance.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To preserve your jewelry, clean it gently with our chamois available in our loyalty program and store it away from humidity and direct light. Avoid contact with chemicals or cosmetics
Can your jewelry be worn in the shower or at the beach?
Our jewelry is designed with quality materials, however, to preserve its shine and longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, especially in the shower or at the beach. It is best to remove your jewelry before any exposure to salt or chlorinated water.
