Home delivery - Colissimo without signature and with signature (2 to 3 working days): Shipping within 2 to 3 working days.
Chronopost - Delivery to a Pickup relay point: Parcels are shipped on the second working day following the day the order is taken.
Chronopost18: If your order is placed before 9 AM, it will be shipped on the same day and delivered the next day before 6 PM. For any order placed after 9 AM, shipping will take place on the day following the order pickup, from Monday to Friday (excluding: public holidays, traffic restrictions, force majeure, exceptional circumstances or generally any other event not attributable to La Poste).
Exchanges are extended until January 11th for the holidays. Exchange fees are free within the announced legal period and will be at your expense outside this period.
Returned items are refunded within 2 to 7 days after receipt by us.

How can I be sure of the size (how does the bracelet fit)?
Our bracelets are worn like bangles and should be worn loosely on the wrist.
- SizeSmall: between 13 cm and 14.5 cm. This size is mainly suitable for a child/teenager's wrist.
- SizeMedium: between 14.5 cm and 16 cm. This is the most popular size among our customers.
- SizeLarge: between 16 cm and 18 cm.
How are your jewelry pieces made?
All our jewelry is designed in Bordeaux by Agnès and her team, then handcrafted and assembled by women returning to the workforce in our partner workshop in Asia.
The brand has developed its own Pantone palette of “more than 200 colors” and shapes that all fit together. It’s up to you to create your own bracelet.
What are the jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made from quality materials such as enameled metal and stainless steel, carefully selected to combine durability and elegance.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To preserve your jewelry, gently clean it with our polishing cloth available through our loyalty program and store it away from moisture and direct light. Avoid contact with chemicals or cosmetics
Can your jewelry be worn in the shower or at the beach?
Our jewelry is crafted with quality materials; however, to preserve its shine and longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, especially in the shower or at the beach. It is best to remove your jewelry before any exposure to salt or chlorinated water.
