Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from receipt of your package.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be made at the buyer’s discretion in the form of:

A credit note valid for 4 months on the website www.simoneabordeaux.com

A refund credited directly to your bank account or PayPal account, depending on the payment method used at the time of the order. The amount refunded will equal the price of the returned product without penalties, except for return shipping costs, which remain at your expense.

In the case of a refund or a credit note, except for defective products or an order error on our part, the shipping costs of your initial order cannot be reimbursed.
An email will be sent to confirm the refund of your order or to provide you with the code for your credit note.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the package until its return to Simone à Bordeaux.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Any package not received by Simone à Bordeaux cannot be refunded.
Returned products are refunded within 2 to 7 days after receipt and inspection by us.
For any claim after this period, we invite you to send an email via the contact form in order to evaluate the incident and find the best solution to satisfy your request.
By exception, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the contracts listed in Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, including contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, goods that cannot be returned due to their nature or are likely to deteriorate rapidly, as well as gift cards.
If you made a purchase with a promo code, it cannot be reused in the event of a return, even if you wish to repurchase the same product.
In accordance with Articles L121 and following of the French Consumer Code, each user of the site has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of their package to return one or more items, at their own expense and risk, without having to justify the reason. If the withdrawal period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day at midnight.
In case of payment with a credit note, the return will generate a new credit note. Credit notes are non-refundable.
In the event of a full refund request for the order or for a product, please include the product or the entire package received, i.e. the product(s), packaging, and any free items from ongoing special offers (examples: tote bag, cotton pouch, etc.).
Products returned after the withdrawal period are subject to an exceptional authorization request from us. If accepted, they will be refunded in the form of a non-refundable credit note only.
Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If a product is missing from your order, please notify us as soon as possible (within 24 hours after receipt of the product). Photos of your package as well as the original packaging will be requested to process a potential refund.
Please note that in the case of a return, the customer is the sender of the package and is therefore responsible for any damage to the product during the return. If the product is damaged, it will be returned to you and reimbursement of shipping costs may be requested from you.
Late Returns
Your purchase must be returned within 14 days from receipt of your order. Late returns will be refunded in the form of a credit note and fees corresponding to 10% of the order amount will be withheld.
Defective Items
Products are considered defective if they are damaged at the time of receipt or if a manufacturing defect is detected within 14 days of the purchase date. If your item is received defective or if you wish to make a claim (damaged package, open package, missing product, damaged or soiled product, etc.), you must notify us upon receipt of the package, either by phone at 05.25.53.02.74 or by email via the contact form.
Return the defective item within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. Please note that items damaged as a result of normal use will not be considered defective.
Colors
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the items offered on Simone à Bordeaux. However, computer, tablet, and smartphone screen resolution varies from one device to another, and therefore we cannot guarantee 100% accurate color representation.
In all cases, we require that all returns be packaged in their original Simone à Bordeaux packaging (pouch). If a Simone à Bordeaux pouch is missing, we reserve the right to charge you 2€.
