Home delivery - Colissimo without signature and with signature (2 to 3 working days): Dispatch within 2 to 3 working days. Chronopost - Delivery to a Pickup point: Parcels are shipped on the second working day following the day the order is processed. Chronopost18: If your order is placed before 9am, it will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day before 6pm. For any order placed after 9 a.m., shipment will be made the day after the order is processed from Monday to Friday (excluding: public holidays, traffic restrictions, force majeure, exceptional circumstances or generally any other event not attributable to the Post Office). Exchanges are extended until 11 January for the festive season. Exchange fees are free within the legal time frame and will be charged to you outside of this time frame. Returned items will be refunded within 2 to 7 days of receipt by us. For any issues arising after this time frame, please contact us via the contact form so that we can assess the incident and find the best solution to meet your needs.

How can I be sure of the size (how the bracelet fits)?
Our bracelets are worn like bangles and should be worn loosely on the wrist. - Small size: between 13 cm and 14.5 cm. This size is mainly suitable for children's/teenagers' wrists. - Medium size: between 14.5 cm and 16 cm. This size is the most popular among our customers. - Large size: between 16 cm and 18 cm.
How is your jewellery made?
All our jewellery is designed in Bordeaux by Agnès and her team, and handmade and assembled by women in rehabilitation programmes at our partner workshop in Asia. The brand has developed its own Pantone colours (already more than 200) and shapes that can all be mixed and matched. It's up to you to create your own cuff bracelet.
What are the jewellery pieces made of?
Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials such as enamelled metal and stainless steel, carefully selected to combine durability and elegance.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To preserve your jewellery, clean it gently with our chamois cloth available in our loyalty programme and store it away from moisture and direct light. Avoid contact with chemicals or cosmetics.
Can your jewellery be worn in the shower or at the beach?
Our jewellery is made from high-quality materials. However, to preserve its shine and longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, particularly in the shower or at the beach. It is best to remove your jewellery before exposing it to salt water or chlorinated water.
