Even though our jewelry is made with quality materials, we recommend that you avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals as much as possible. We advise you to wear them once your beauty treatment is finished.
Our jewelry is delivered in small cotton pouches, do not hesitate to put them back in their pouch in the evening when you go to bed, or when you go on a trip or on the move. They will thus be protected from light and humidity.
Clean them using a soft, dry cloth.
Size
To find out the size of your fingers and help you, we offer two methods to do at home:
🔅 First method:
1- Take a sewing thread or ribbon
2- Wrap it around your finger, making sure to adjust it to your size, neither too wide nor too tight
3- Transfer the length obtained to a ruler and you will obtain your finger size
🔅 Second method:
1- Print this document in A4 format in real size at 100% scale. To do this, “right click” with your mouse or trackpad and “save image as…”
2- Place one of your rings on the ring sizer to find out your size.

Delivery
Packages are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment . We send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your parts into one order ❤️
If despite the care taken with your order, a part arrives damaged, you can report it to customer service ( contact us 💌 )

Returns are available in a 14 day deadline from receipt of the package. Return costs are at responsibility of the sender .
We recommend using a tracked shipping method so as not to lose track of it. Any package not received by SIMONE IN BORDEAUX cannot be refunded.
Returned parts are refunded within 2 to 7 days after receipt by us.
Items benefiting from discounted prices cannot be returned or refunded, nor can items ordered via a promotional code.

Home delivery - Colissimo without signature and with signature (2 to 3 business days): Dispatch within 2 to 3 business days.
Chronopost - Delivery to a Pickup relay point: Parcels are dispatched on the second business day following the day the order is processed.
Chronopost18: If your order is placed before 9 a.m., it will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day before 6 p.m. For any order placed after 9 a.m., it will be dispatched the day after the order is processed, from Monday to Friday (excluding: public holidays, traffic restrictions, force majeure, exceptional circumstances, or generally any other event not attributable to La Poste).
Any purchase made on the website (excluding personalized items) may be exchanged, credited, or refunded, provided thatthe item is returned within 14 days after the order delivery date.

How can I be sure of the size (how does the bracelet fit)?
Our bracelets are worn like bangles and should be worn loosely on the wrist.
- SizeSmall: between 13 cm and 14.5 cm. This size is mainly suitable for a child/teenager's wrist.
- SizeMedium: between 14.5 cm and 16 cm. This is the most popular size among our customers.
- SizeLarge: between 16 cm and 18 cm.
How are your jewelry pieces made?
All our jewelry is designed and created in Bordeaux by Agnès and her team, then handcrafted and assembled by women returning to the workforce in our partner workshop in Asia.
The brand has developed its own Pantone palette of “more than 200 colors” and a range of shapes that all fit together. It’s up to you to create your own cuff bracelet.
What are the jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made from quality materials such as enameled metal and stainless steel, carefully selected to combine durability and elegance.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To preserve your jewelry, gently clean it with our polishing cloth available through our loyalty program and store it away from moisture and direct light. Avoid contact with chemicals or cosmetics
Can your jewelry be worn in the shower or at the beach?
Our jewelry is crafted with quality materials; however, to preserve its shine and longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, especially in the shower or at the beach. It is best to remove your jewelry before any exposure to salt or chlorinated water.
